It was a close one between Artemisia and Pimm, but Artemisia won. Hooray for Artemisia Gentilleschi!

I had voted for Meredith, but with the change to the poll I recast my vote for Pimm.

I always find it interesting to read these comments after viewing the poll results — there are obviously quite a few silent voters out there!

There is already a post on Meredith: https://appellationmountain.net/2008/11/17/name-of-the-day-meredith/
I remembered because Meredith is one my all-time favorite names and I requested it back before there was a Master List and it was easily found. Are we voting on a rerun of the name?

I think I’ll wait to vote until we find out what’s going on with Meredith ๐Ÿ™‚

Ack! That one slipped by me …

Rather than redo the poll – I can’t remove one option without voiding all the votes thus far – I’ll take the Top Two, excluding Meredith – but I’ll do Meredith as one of the re-run names soon, so she wins either way. ๐Ÿ™‚

Meredith was actually requested as a male name – as it originally was – not as a female name. ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes, I’ve noticed that too. I always vote for the more unusual names, because it’s usually so much more difficult to find information on those.

You’ve already written about Meredith! I’d love to see a rerun, though!

I was between Meredith and Pimm…. in the end, I went with Pimm. I like me some Pimms and lemonade on a warm sunny day.

I’d thought about that potential with the polls, as I do with most online name polls. This time, while the other names are more obscure and piquing my interest, I had to go with my own name: Meredith!

It’s great to see a slightly different approach when it comes to these polls, especially since non of the names I’ve voted for hence far have won. I voted for Meredith this time ๐Ÿ™‚

My vote is definitely for Radha, although I’d love to find out about Meredith as well.

I had to go with Pimm, since it’s the one I’d like to know more about. It was a tough choice between that, Radha or Artemisia, though.

I went for Pimm on instinct but really might be more curious about Radha. Names are so funny that way!
