Name Narrow Down for May 2012

April 28, 2012 By appellationmountain 2 Comments

What with all of the moving, I had to postpone a poll post.  This means that I still don’t know quite what I should be working on for Tuesday and Wednesday – yikes!

Help out by voting in this poll.  I’ll close it late tomorrow night.

I voted for Twila because it’s a name I’ve been fascinated by for a while. When I first moved here to NZ I thought I heard a mum calling “Twila!” in McDonald’s and was impressed by the somewhat unusual name selection. Then I realised that I was mishearing due to the difference in accent and she was actually calling her little boy “Tyler”. Still a nice name, but much more common.

Berke because we’re considering the similar sounding Birk as a middle name and I’d love some input…
